Shirley showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in NC on March 12, 2017. His form is good and he has very good potential. Locking down his spiral will be a major key in speeding up the ball and making it more catchable for the punter. Lay down drills and Snapping with fingers instead of palms will be key.
