Carter did well for his first Rubio Long Snapping summer camp out in GA. He is good on his feet and does a good job of getting all the way through with his hands. Solid accuracy and consistency. Needs to focus on gaining size and making sure he is using all of his lower half to gain some good speed on the ball. Smooth Long Snapper. Interested to see him compete this fall and at VEGAS XXV
