I liked what I saw out of Mullins at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in NC on November 20, 2016. He is a massive Long Snapper with good strength and power throughout his body. Now, I want to see him use ALL of his body when snapping the ball. Right now, Mullins is using about 90% his upper body and only 10% of his lower. If he can get his lower half equal to his upper half, he will put a hole in the punter since he is so strong. Massive amount of upside on him and I look forward to seeing him at VEGAS XXIX using ALL of his body.
