For just starting the process, I liked what I saw from Cole. He is very strong, athletic and has quick hands. Snaps with aggression. His form needs work but he listens well so I don't see it taking him too long. Slowing the whole process down and making sure he uses his whole body will be huge for him in the long run. I like his attitude. Slow motion drills will be key.
