Conway had a strong showing at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in New Jersey on December 15, 2024. He demonstrated very solid form with great elbow drive and leg drive. He also has a very efficient delivery with little wasted movement. I  love his direct ballpath and ability to keep his eyes through on the snap. To elevate his performance, Conway needs to focus on driving his butt more toward the punter and emphasize finishing deep consistently. This will help him avoid missing high and improve his overall accuracy and power. With his strong fundamentals, Conway is poised for continued success, and he’s sure to make an impact at Vegas XLV on January 18-19.
