Javon has improved a good deal in a very short amount of time (big jump in the rankings). Starting form is very solid and he is doing a good job of getting his lower half involved in the process. Need to see him keep his weight back. Falling forward is not good for accuracy and speed. Adjusting this will help a ton. VERY good attitude and coachable. Speed of the ball will be crucial in Vegas and beyond.
