Josh is one of those Long Snappers that is absolutely dripping with potential. He has a good, strong frame and he is built long. Need to see raise up his stance a bit to make sure he uses all of his body and uses his length to his advantage rather than his disadvantage. Next, I want to see him not slide the ball on the ground as that will slow it down. If he can do those two things and get his legs involved, he will create a lot more speed and, in turn, move way up the charts. Good kid and listens well.
