Keegan did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in GA on July 12, 2016. He has a very nice frame and is smooth when he snaps the ball. Balance is good and passes an eyeball test. Frame can hold more weight but he still looks good. Like to see him focus on slow motion drills to make sure he gets his lower half fully involved and create more speed on the ball. With his frame and starting form, he could easily snap in the .7s and I expect that by the fall and definitely at VEGAS XXIX. Great upside.
