Flett did extremely well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! Really hard working Long Snapper that is always improving with his Long Snapping. The first thing to note about you Flett is how athletic this kid is. I have seen him move on his feet before, but he was a spectacle at the agility station on Sunday in Vegas.This kid can flat out fly on his feet. He looks like he is on a video game and you could speed up the settings. He stays low, has great hips and just makes everything on his feet look effortless. His snap speeds are good and getting better. Not a giant but man, he uses every single ounce of his body when he is snapping the ball. Would love to see Flett continue to put on size but if you are looking for a Long Snapper that is a machine on his feet and not too concerned with overall size, he is your man....not even a doubt about it.
Flett was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in WA on October 2nd, 2022. Every time I see Flett you can tell he has been working on his craft of Long Snapping. Form is very good and he uses his whole body extremely well. Not a giant but you wouldn't know if you watch Flett snap a ball. It's almost like he has rage on the ball and I absolutely love it. Locking down his spiral and continuing to put on more size / strength will get Flett more speed on the ball. Really good day for Flett in WA and I am looking forward to seeing him at VEGAS XLI in January.
Flett had a great two days at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp on July 9-10, 2022. Coachable Long Snapper that is always improving. Starting form is good and the ball jumps out of the gate really well. Not the largest Long Snapper but man does this kid snap with a lot of power and rage...which I absolutely love. Smoothing out his overall snapping motion to get his whole body fully involved, at all times, will increase his overall speed and accuracy. Hard working Long Snapper that is coming along very nicely.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
