Augie Henson had another good performance at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in TX on March 5th, 2023. Augie is a large Long Snapper with excellent starting form. He can pass an eyeball test quickly from about 150 yards away. He's so large that Augie might be able to play two positions in college. His spiral is absolutely beautiful and it's so tight the ball practically sticks to the punters hands. For a big man, Augie has excellent flexibility as he practically tries to break his body in half with his upper body going all the way through to the punter. It's very impressive to see a big man be that flexible. Need to make sure that Augie leans back, so he's not falling forward after he snaps. The more he continues to get more and more of his legs fully involved in the process, the more his oveall speed will increase to college level speeds. Increasing his overall athleticism will be huge for Augie to move up the rankings and dominate his class. Very solid personality and Augie is easy to speak to. Watch this monster of a man at Vegas in May.
Augie Henson was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! Augie is a massive human being that is large enough to possibly play two positions in college. Great personality and he's very easy to speak to. College coaches will love his overall demeanor. His starting form is excellent and his upper body gets through like an absolute champ to the punter. Augie is already using his whole body really well when he's snapping the ball. I want to make sure that Augie focuses on leaning back more so he's not falling forward. This will help out his accuracy, consistency, and speed. Athletically he can be smooth on his feet going side to side and I really want to make sure he continues to focus on his athleticism going forwards. Increasing his overall athleticism is going to be huge for his recruiting. Very smooth and solid Long Snapper
