Charlie did excepitional for his first Rubio Long Snapping camp. Very quick hands. Body is a bit too low for his height. Form is solid. Needs to get set and explode. Legs are close to being "there" but not quite yet. Showed a lot of promise and could be a sleeper for the class of 2011. Keep an eye on this one. 7-10Charlie is continuing to move right up the rankings with a solid jump after the Nike Fall Camp in NC. His form is very solid. Speed is good. Accuracy is great. Needs to quicken his hands up just a tad to eliminate any wasted movement. Also, must focus on really exploding with the ball. He has been working and you can tell...now it is time to let it all come together and really snap the ball hard. Very solid personality. Good overall long snapper. 11-10
