James is coming along very nicely. Thick and strong and use his lower half very well when he is snapping the ball. Snaps hard. Want to make sure he comes straight back instead of up and back. Also, at times, can grip the ball too tight which can cause an issue with the spiral. He catch a groove. When he is on, he is very on. Incredible person and personality. Work horse. Major jump in the rankings.
Getting thicker and better! Huge jump in the rankings. Thompson's form is looking very solid and it shows in his snapping. Very, very smooth Long Snapper that just gets it done and done well. Almost jumped forty spots this time and I have a feeling, if he keeps working right, he could do the same thing again next time. Outstanding overall attitude and work ethic. Speed, from snapping hard, will be next hurdle. Vegas could be huge. 12/11
James has nice, thick frame that moves very well. Solid athleticism. Ball is accurate, consistent and has a nice spiral. Needs to focus on getting down and snapping the ball instead of waiting too long. Too long makes him think too much. Also, would like to see him not widen out and hop when he snaps. Rectifying this, easily done, will give James a ton more speed and make him climb the rankings quickly. Very solid attitude. Good personality.
