Harry is the younger brother of Rubio Long Snapper Charlie (Virginia) and he could easily be as good, if not better, than him. Looks a little bigger but with the same smooth snap. Butt needs to come down a tad and his legs need to be more incorporated into the process but he is looking good right now. Very close to being right "there" with his snapping. Love to see his improvement by his next camp. Listens well. Good frame.
