Picarelli had a great weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event in January of 2016. He is beyond long with a frame that will hold a massive amount of weight in college. The man can absolutely rip the ball back to the punter. Saw him snap several in the .6 range and the ball is powerful when it comes back. His hands are quick and he is using his whole body well. Love to see him snap with more fingers to create more spiral on the ball. He will be a big time college Long Snapper with some more size. Mark my words. Just keep watching.
