    Player Review
Garcia did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Form is excellent and he is one of the smoothest Long Snappers in his class. Garcia looks like he is just about to hit a 8 inch growth spurt any second. Once he fully grows into his body, he will be able to increase his lateral athleticism a bit and have more confidence with his snapping. As stated, his form is great and I need him to trust it by just letting the ball fly out of his hands to get his speed up for a higher RSI at VEGAS 30. Quiet and listens well.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .91
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.17
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 34.52

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
