    Player Review
Hayes did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Hayes is always one of the most accurate and consistent Long Snappers in his class, and this time was no different which was impressive since he was really under the weather (ER trip was even made). The fact that he was still able to be his normal snapping self is incredible considering what he was going through. Form is excellent, attitude is great and he is coachable. As stated, his accraucy and consistency are, easily, close to the best in the country. When Hayes is on, which is quite often, he is very, very on and can go on streak that doens't end until he wins the camp. Love to see Hayes focus on putting on size and strength to increase the speed of his ball and make him an even more viable college recruit.

Hayes continued his streak of freakish (in a good way) accuracy at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 12, 2017. Yet again, Hayes made it into the finals and was inches away from winning the whole thing...again. Body is thickening up and his snaps are the same at all times. Coaches will love his consistency. When he snaps the ball with full power and gets his eyes all the way through, he can be as dominant as he wants to be and easily one of the best in the country.

Dillon was impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping NJ Fall Camp on October 8th, 2017. You can tell he is getting bigger and stronger by simply looking at him and by seeing him snap. Ball is coming back quick and under. 80 on a very consistent basis. Making sure he is relying on his lower half for speed and not his hands will increase his speed and eliminate any possible hitch and/or spiral issues. Smart Long Snapper that soaks in everything you tell him. He is always hovering in the finals and when gets hot, he easily crushes his opponents. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see him win VEGAS XXXI.

Dillon did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Tampa, FL. Body is thickening up and his accuracy continues to remain off the charts. Remaining soft with his fingers will enable his spiral to remain at a college level. Ball is in the low .7s when he is on and can be very smooth. Increasing his overall strength and working on his footwork will push him even farther up the ladder. Kid is a workhorse and extremely coachable.
