    Player Review
Chris showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Starting form is solid and he has some good pop on the ball. Chris can get his speed up a ton by VEGAS 30 by making sure he is going straight back and not out or up first. Going out or up will take away all of his power that needs to be going back to the punter. Controlling his body through the agility section will push him way up the rankings sooner than later. Really good listener and a true student of Long Snapping. I like his attitude.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .93
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.89
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 16.28

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
