    Player Review
I liked what I saw out of Dallas at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He moves well on his feet and is smooth with his snapping and his movement. His punter in HS and college will love how catchable his snaps are over the season. Love to see him focus on making sure his hands get through equally to increase his accuracy and lock down his spiral. Being a bit more confident with his snapping and his athleticism will help as well. Dallas is a heck of a Long Snapper that has a lot of potential. If he believes in himself, he could easily make the TOP 12 Camp at VEGAS 30.

VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .81
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.19
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 27.71

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.
