Player Review

JC did great at the TOP 12 Camp against the best Long Snappers in the coutnry. He was one a few that were right on the cusp of making the final TOP 12 list. Might be the most athletic Long Snapper in his class. Kid is built like an olympic athlete and can fly down the field. When JC is on, he is VERY on and is one of the top Long Snappers in the country. Locking down his snapping mechanics and making sure he is getting all the way back with his follow through will push him to greatness. JC can easily snap at the next level and is right on the path to greatness. His college coach is going to love him.

JC was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. An absolutely tremendous athlete that will be considered an extra gunner on his college team. Flawless with his athleticism and so smooth it is just a pleasure to watch him move. He had the fastest 40 time of the camp and it wasn't realy close. Ball is absolutely flying back to the punter with times that are easily on par with a college Long Snapper. Vega's ball is fast that he could actually take some off of it to increase his accuracy. Lifting his butt up a bit so he can shorten his snapping motion will help to increase his accuracy and consistency of his snapping motion. Sky is the limit for Vega!

Accomplishments

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
