Neil showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in TX on February 28th, 2016. Long frame that has room to put on some more size of the next year. Excellent follow through and he does a great job of getting all the way back with his fingers. Needs to slow the process down to make sure he gets his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Locking his legs will get him to the .8s by XXVIII in May. Potential.
