    Player Review
Babcock had a solid weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Moved well on his feet and he is definitely an athlete that can snap a ball. Like the fact that he is so agressive and his hips are so fluid. Like to see Babcock lock down his spiral and not get so low when he snapping the ball. Right now, his stance is a bit too wide so that it essentially slows the ball down since he can't get all of his lower half fully involved. Getting his legs fully going with the snap with increase his snap times to low .7s and even high .6s since he is so athletic. Upside on Babcock is very high and he, with some fine tuning, is going to do very well at the next level. Next couple of months are going to be huge for him.

Babcock did very well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in Arizona on December 10th, 2017.  Justin took a big step forward increasing his speed since May Vegas and again showed off his athletic ability and D1 Frame. A big strong body who can rocket the ball back there when he takes his time and gets set! Babcock lit up the speed competition and moved well downfield all day. Keys to success; set your hands and lower your butt down pre-snap. You have the building blocks to be a great snapper, hone in on the little things (getting set before the snap, finishing with your hands together to lock in spiral). Trust yourself to snap it as hard as you can every time. I am excited to see him compete come Vegas XXX! January 13th-14th.

Babcock did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS 30 Event on May 13-14, 2017. He has a tremendous frame and had no problem with the agility section of the weekend. Big, strong athletic Long Snapper with great upside. Love to see him slow down the process and really focus on making sure he gets his lower half fully involved to create more overall speed on the ball. The overall potential on Babcock is off the charts. Whipping his elbows will help. I am telling you, keep a very close eye on him. He could easily end up top ten in his class. Just watch.
