    Player Review

Carter was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Massive human being that can pass an eyeball test from a 1/4 mile away. Really smooth when he is snapping the ball and I am a big fan of his starting form and follow through. Need to see Carter focus on speeding up the involvement of his legs. Right now, he is hovering in the mid to low .8s but I know he can easily be sub .80 at VEGAS XXXI. Bieng as quick as he can with locking his legs and making sure he is not dipping one shoulder over the other (need to come back equally), will increase his speed and accuracy. Upside is off the charts for Carter and he could easily be a TOP 12 Camp invitee aat VEGAS XXXII in May.

Carter did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in Ohio on December 17th, 2017. He has great size and could pass an eyeball test quickly. Definitely has the frame to be a D1 Long Snapper. Base is solid and I love the start of his snapping motion. Back is flat and he reaches back well. Need to see Carter focus on using all of his lower half and using it in a violent manner. He is strong and I want to see him use his whole body with that strength and not just half of it. Speeds are hovering in the low .8s but could easily be sub .75 within the next six months. Great upsdie.

Carter showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS 30 Event on May 13-14, 2017. Big fan of his size and how smooth he is when he snaps the ball. Since he is so large, I would like to see Carter widen out his stance a bit to be able to get his big upper half all the way through to the punter. Widening out will help his speed, accuracy and consistency. Everything will be much easier for him. Potential is off the charts and he could end up being one of the top kids in his class. Driving his eyes through and leaning back more will also help with accuracy and speed.
