    Player Review

Player Reviews for VEGAS XXXVI (November, 2020) will be done on YouTube. Please click on top video link above to see the full review.

Arguello was very solid at The Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 25th, 2020. He has been eating and has put on some more good size. Built long and has a frame that will be good for a college strength coach to get a hold of. He handles pressure well and can easily get in the .7s with ease. Starting form is excellent and Arguello is using his whole body very well. Balance is good and his timing is really coming along nicely. I have seen Arguello many times and this camp was his best outing for sure. The bigger and stronger he gets, while snapping the ball as hard as he can, the flat out more dominant he will be at VEGAS XXXVI in November and beyond.

Arguello had a great two days at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp in TX on July 11-12, 2020. He has been putting on some good size over the last couple of months. Body is thickening up really well. Built long and reaches back well. Arguello is able to handle pressure well and has excellent accuracy. The more he speeds up his legs to get his timing locked down with top and bottom of his body, the more his speeds will be in the low .7s. Coachable and is built very long. I really like his attitude.

Arguello was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 1, 2020. First off, I could tell he has been working on his eating and lifting. Arguello definitely looked bigger than the last time I saw him snap a ball and I love it! The more weight he puts on, the more power his ball will have. He is a very, very smooth Long Snapper that handles pressure well and has a nice, tight spiral. Lowering his butt so his back is parallel to the ground will really help out his overall accuracy and will even increase his speed a bit. Very good upside and I really like Arguello’s attitude. Keep an eye on him at VEGAS XXXVI in May!

Arguello was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 27, 2019. Really smooth Long Snapper that handles pressure well. Growing quickly and his frame is super long and just getting longer. His balance is good and his upper body gets through quickly. The more his timing is locked up, the faster his ball will be at VEGAS XXXV in January. Hovers right at the high .7s. Great worker and lots of upside. Impressive day in CA. Watch Arguello closely over the next couple of years.

Jake did very well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 28, 2018. Big fan of his attitude and how he is always improving. Form is very solid and his hands are quick. If Jake can get his legs to be as quick as his upper body, his ball will be well under .80 by VEGAS XXXIII in January. Right now, Jake's timing is just a tad off and when the timing is locked, the improvement will be off the charts. Great upside and I like the direction he is headed. Watch him. Massive jump in the rankings and well deserved.

Arguello was solid at the VEGAS XXXII Event in May of 2018. He has very good starting form and quick hands. Already starting to use his whole body pretty darn well. Really impressive for his age. He reaches through like an absolute champ and practically hands the ball to the punter. Need to see Arguello continue to put on some size over the next couple of years (this will happen naturally) and strength. Also, making sure he is not cupping the ball with his palms will help out his overall spiral. Upside is very solid.

Jake had a good day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 29, 2017. Jake has a nice, long frame with room to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. He moved very well on his feet and showed me some good athleticism. Love to see Jake focus on flattening out his back, leaning back and getting his lower half fully involved. All three of those things will help with accuracy and speed of the ball as we close in on VEGAS XXXI in January. Slow motion drills (don't think too much Jake) a couple of times per week will definitely help the process. Good atitutde and upside. Love his follow through.
