Player Review
Perez was pretty darn solid during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. First off, I absolutely love his frame as he is able to pass for a college athlete right now, let alone in a year or two. He does a good job of reaching back and he had some of the quickest hands at the camp in TX. Great potential and upside. Need to see Perez focus on getting his back to parallel to the ground prior to the snap so he is able to use all of his long legs. Also, making sure he is leaning back will help a ton with accuracy and even speed. Slow motion drills will are going to be huge for Perez to get his whole body involved in the process. I am telling you, watch this kid! His upside is off the charts.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
