Tootle showed me some good things during the Rubio Long Snapping 2018 Summer Tour. Strong hands get the ball moving back to the punter. Like to see Tootle not think so much prior to the snap and make sure he is snapping in one, fluid motion. His ball can already hit sub .80 at 15 yards and I know he could be sub .75 by VEGAS XXXIII in January if he gets his timing locked down. Making sure the ball is right at his shins when his legs lock, his ball will be a rocket. Legs are very good right now and get good power on his ball. I like the direction Tootle is headed! Massive jump in the rankings and well deserved.
