Hoopes showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in IL on April 7th, 2018. Massive Long Snapper with tons of potential. Moves his overall body pretty well during the snapping motion and is pretty smooth when doing it. Need to see Hoopes focus on snapping with all of his power to really get some good speed on the ball. Not hitching prior to the snap will help a ton. Also, just trusting his form and relying on his overall body to do all of the work, will make him an absolute power house at VEGAS XXXII in May. I would like to see Hoopes focus on just slow motion drills to get the timing down and no snaps over 10 yards for about two weeks to build some confidence. Tons and tons of upside.
