Mutchler did a lot of things well at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Fall Camp on December 9th, 2018. He has very good starting form and I love how well he drives his eyes/head through to the punter. Mutchler does a great job of diving through with his head. Making sure he is not over-gripping the ball so his spiral is still solid will help with speed and catch-ability. Also, working on slow motion drills will help to get his legs fully locked. His lower half starts the process but falls just a tad short and that will slow the ball down. Good base and a solid Long Snapper. Nice move up in the rankings.
Mutchler was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA on April 22, 2018. Great starting form and he has some quick hands. Love how well Mutchler’s eyes get through to the punter. Balance is solid and he falls back nicely. Need to see him focus on locking down his spiral (not palming the ball so much) and making sure he is getting his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Timing is almost perfect. Mutchler is thick and has good power. Slow motion drills will help a ton in getting some pop on the ball.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
