    Player Review

Sabol showed me some good thing in his Virtual Ranking Videos. He has good size and snaps a great ball. His PATs are like a machine is delivering them over and over. Smooth snaps for sure. His punts are great with solid accuracy and good speed. Rarely has any of his snaps outside of The Rubio Zone. Releases quickly and has good balance. Need to see Sabol focus on running down the field a bit looser and not think so much. Easy fixes will benefit Sabol a ton at VEGAS XXXVII and beyond.

I really liked what I saw from Doug on October 13, 2019 in New Jersey for the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Regional Camp. A ton of upside on this young Long Snapper. Would like to see him drop his butt just a tiny bit in his stance and narrow his feet up. When he starts his snap, would like to see him drive his elbows a bit more as they are flaring out slightly, and be quicker with his legs locking out to get more pop on the ball. Once he develops some more strength and grows into his frame a bit more, really think he can be competitive with the top snappers in his class. Excited to see him compete at Vegas XXXV and other future Rubio Long Snapping events!

Doug had an exceptional showing at the Rubio Long Snapping regional camp in NJ on March 24, 2019. An extremely talented young Long Snapper with great form and frame. Would like to see him shift his weight back in his stance in his initial stance, and then as he snaps he needs to become more aggressive and snap harder, allowing him to generate a slide with is lower body. This will help him increase speed to pair well with his already solid accuracy. Adding weight and continuing to grow will be very helpful in his development as well.

Sabol was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. Starting form is good and he is reaching through like a champ. Sabol looks like he is practically handing the ball to the punter. Love to see Sabol focus on slow motion drills in order to get his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Once his lower body matches the power, force and smoothness of his upper body, he will crush everyone.
