Arnett did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in TX on June 29th. Very hard worker that has improved a good amount over the last couple of months. Hard working Long Snapper that listens well and is coachable. He is able to move well on his feet and can be a factor on the punt coverage team. I would like to see Arnett widen out his stance a bit more to get his legs fully involved. Doing slow motion drills will help as well to get his whole body involved to gain more speed on the ball.
Kyle showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 18, 2018. First off, I love his dedication as he drove all night (had to wait for a playoff game to end) in order to attend the camp. Even after his drive, he was full of energy and able to listen and comprehend everything I was telling him. Reaches through very well which leads to his solid accuracy and good RSI score. Like to see Kyle focus on slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved in the process. If he can do this, it will greatly increase the overall consistency of his speed and keep him headed in the right direction.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
