    Player Review

Bushey did some really good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in North Carolina on October 4th, 2020. He has a D1 frame and can pass eyeball test quickly. Super smooth Long Snapper that reaches back well to the punter. Upper body gets through like a champ. When Bushey snaps super hard and gets his athletic legs involved, he is easily able to get the ball back to the punter under .75. Upside on Bushey is off the charts and he is one to watch at VEGAS in November and/or January. When Bushey is on, he is very on.

Bushey did really well for two days at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp in Texas on July 11-12, 2020. He has a good frame and looks bigger than he is when he stands next to you. His upper body is excellent in how quickly it gets all the way through to the punter. Good flexibility and I love how aggressive Bushey is with his snapping. He almost snaps with rage and I am totally for it. When I was working with him one on one, he was able to get full use of his legs and the ball was a rocket. He has all of the tools, is coachable and is dripping with potential.

Bushey was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 7, 2020. He has very good starting form and his upper body gets through to the punter like an absolute champ. Looks like Bushey is trying to hand the ball to the punter and I love it. If he can get his long legs fully involved in the process, he will easily be in the low .7s at VEGAS XXXVI in May. His hands and upper body are very powerful as Bushey throws the ball back to the punter. Keep a very close eye on this Long Snapper as he is right on the cusp of greatness.

Bushey came over from VA and was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on October 6th, 2019. He has an excellent frame and a solid starting stance. I absolutely love how well Bushey gets his upper body through. He can really drive his eyes/head through like a champion which can give him solid, consistent snaps. The upside on Bushey is off the charts and once his lower is involved, he will great improve his power and easily get the ball in the .7s. Slow motion drills will help Bushey a ton from now until VEGAS XXXV in January.

Bushey did well at the Rubio Long Snapping NC Spring Camp on March 10th, 2019. He has a very good frame and looks like a senior in high school. Starting form is good and he is reaching back very well with his eyes and hands. If Bushey can get his lower half fully involved, he will easily be able to snap the ball through the punter. Slow motion drills will help a ton to get him to use his legs fully locked. Good potential and I am interested in seeing his progress at VEGAS XXXIV in May.
