Byrne had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 7, 2020. He has a great frame and is thick Long Snapper. Right on pace to using his whole body in his snapping motion. Smooth snapping motion. Love to see Byrne focus on locking down his spiral and making sure he is always snapping with full power. With his super strong frame, snapping with confidence is going to be massive for Byrne at VEGAS XXXVI in May!

Byrne did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 17, 2019. First off, I am a big fan of his size as he can pass an eyeball test very quickly. Starting form is superb and he snaps a great ball. Ball is catchable and he has good accuracy and speed. When Byrne trust his great snapping motion, he can easily be snapping the ball in mid too low .7s. If Byrne snaps the way I know he can at VEGAS XXXV in January, he could easily lock down a TOP 12 Camp Invite on the first day of the camp. Very solid Long Snapper that can definitely do this at the next level.

Byrne showed me some good things during the Rubio Long Snapping 2019 Summer Tour. His form is excellent and he moved well on his feet. Easily should be a factor on the punt coverage team. Snapping motion is very smooth and he is able to use his whole body really well. Byrne can rip the ball back to the punter and easily hit in the .7s. Smooth ball that is catchable for the punter. Easily can do this at the next level if he keeps on this pace. I can’t wait to see him this fall and at VEGAS XXXV in January!
