Ramey was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in North Carolina on October 4th, 2020. His frame is very solid and he can pass an eyeball test quickly. His hands are super quick and it can almost be hard to time him…which is a good thing! His pop is good and bending his elbows to lead with them will really help build whip into his snapping motion. This whip will cause much more speed as well. Ramey is right on the cusp of greatness and could pick up a TOP 12 Invitation at VEGAS in November and/or January.
Ramey was solid during the Rubio Long Snapping 2019 Summer Tour. He has a very good attitude and listens really well. Ramey is definitely coachable. Moves well on his feet and easily can be a factor on the punt coverage team. Tightening up his ball a tad will allow the ball to slice through the wind even more to increase the speed of his ball. Ramey can already snap in the .7s and has a bright future in Long Snapping. Really excited to see him in action this fall and at VEGAS XXXV in January. Keep an eye on Ramey.
