Player Review
Will Hocutt was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on October 16th, 2022. He has won a camp in the past so he comes in with confidence knowing he can do it again. He has a nice, long frame and has room to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. His starting form is excellent and Will is able to use his entire body very and when he is on, he is very on. Need to make sure Will is alway snapping the ball as hard as he can and that he locks down his spiral. Locking down his spiral will be easy as long as he just stops moving his fingers before the snap. Super easy fix that will allow Will to dominate at VEGAS XLI in January.Hocutt was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XL Event on May 14-15, 2022. He has very good size and can easily pass an eyeball test from a college coach. His snaps are smooth and he has good accuracy (won the Texas camp in the spring). Leaning back and getting his lower half fully involved will definitely get his snap speeds well under .75 sooner than later. On his feet, he accelerates very well and can run downhill when he is pressing the gas. The harder he runs, the harder he snaps, the better he does. Great upside and I look forward to seeing him at the Rising Seniors Camp!
