Riley was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on November 24th, 2019. He is a really smooth Long Snapper that snaps a catchable ball. Starting form is excellent and he is able to get some good pop from his lower half. Like to see Riley lead more with his elbows and not drag the ball to create more overall speed on the ball. Easily can hit in the .8s and will be in the .7s at VEGAS XXXV in January. Good upside.
