    Player Review

Kirsch showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping IL Fall Camp on December 15th, 2019. His hands are quick and powerful. Ball jumps out of the gate very well. Easily can hit in the mid to low .8s when his spiral is locked down. His balance is solid and he is able to move well on his feet. Like to see Kirsch focus on slow motion drills in order to get his athletic lower half involved with the snapping motion. Right now, Kirsch is using about half of his body and is still snapping a solid ball. Great upside and be sure to keep an eye on him at VEGAS XXXV in January.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
