Fisher showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Camp on June 28th, 2020. He has a nice, athletic frame and very good starting form. Ball speed is consistently in the .8s and I like how well he is able to use his whole body when he is snapping to the punter. He is able to get his legs locked and the more he drives his eyes/head through to the punter, the more accuracy he will at the Underclassmen Invitational

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
