He has a solid starting form with quick hands and zero wasted movement, which allows for a smooth and efficient snapping motion. His balance is impressive for his age, and his form sets him up well for long-term success. Focusing on lay down drills will help him lock down his spiral so the ball slices through the wind with more speed and consistency. Slow motion drills will also be key to getting his strong lower half fully engaged. Coachable and improving. I am looking forward to seeing Conner at VEGAS 47 in January!
