Smith had a very productive weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. His body is good and solid. He is snapping a very accurate and consistent ball with some good speed. He has really done a good job of improving over a year. Hands are quick and he is using his lower half well. The more he snaps the ball with force and keeps his weight back, the better he will be. Good attitude and he is coachable. Zach did a solid job at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in CA. He seems, in less than a month out of Vegas, to be snapping with more confidence and I love that aspect in a Long Snapper. He has a good frame and he is starting to really whip the ball back there. The looser he gets his hands (don't want to see him overgrip the ball as this will cause issues with spiral) the better he will be. Coming along very nicely and is definitely headed towards the college level of Long Snapping.
