Weise is a large man with pretty darn good form to start the process. Needs to make sure he is snapping the ball with all of his force. He has a ton of it and I need him to use it all. Accuracy will come later and I want to see him just rip the ball back to the punter. Leaning back will help with accuracy and consistency. Quiet and he listens well.
