Amanaki Levatau

Player Review

Amanaki Levatau had a really good day at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in Salt Lake City on
September 12, 2026. First off, Amanaki is a tremendous athlete with a solid frame and plenty of
natural power. He can flat out fire the ball back to the punter and his ball speed is already
impressive. When Amanaki locks in his spiral, the ball comes back tight and clean, which is
exactly what you want to see from a Long Snapper. He also has a great attitude and brings the
type of energy that coaches are going to love having around their program. His snapping motion
has a lot of power behind it and there is no doubt the physical tools are there for him to continue
making a big jump. The biggest thing I want to see from Amanaki is more consistency with his
follow-through, because cleaning that up will make an already powerful snap even more
consistent. I’m really looking forward to seeing him at the next Rubio Long Snapping event and
watching how much he continues to improve!
