Stout showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in PA on October 9th, 2016. He has a nice, thick frame and good strength throughout his body. Love to see him use all of that body by locking down his snapping motion to make sure he can. Slow motion drills will help a ton in allowing him to use all of his 200 lbs to generate more speed on the ball. Big upside on frame alone. Listens well and once he can get his spiral locked down, the speed will increase. Showed good potential and could do well at VEGAS XXIX with the right work.
