Weyland came out to his first Rubio Long Snapping camp and showed promise. He is built thick and shows great strength at times. I would like to see him widen his stance out a bit in order to fully utlize his mass. It will also help with getting comfortable and getting his upper body through for more accuracy. Speed will come when he gets his large lower half involved to get full leg lock. Simply drills like the lay down drill for the spiral and the slow motion drills for his legs will help a ton. He has some work to do but it can easily be done and done quickly. I am interested to see his improvement over the next year.
