Billy did well, yet again, at the Rubio Long Snapping camp in IL. He has a great long frame and some of the quickest hands in the Midwest. Like to see him tilt the ball down just a tad and not slide it when he is snapping it. Legs are coming along nicely but still have room for improvement. He is built long so it will take some time, but when his legs are involved, he will create a lot of speed on the ball. Good potential and he listens well.
