Kula did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in TX. Strong framed Long Snapper that listens well. Showed good athleticism on his feet. Hands are quick and he does a good job with his balance. Really need to see him get his legs involved for full speed. Once his speed increases, he will move way up the rankings. Slow motion drills will help a ton. He is coachable so I expect this to be fixed by the time I see him in December and at VEGAS XXV!
