Brandon Mahoney is a JC qualifier that showed me some great things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in Southern California on October 20th, 2024. Since he is a qualifier, Brandon can leave now or reclassify to the class of 2027. My guess, after watching him on Sunday, is he will not be around that long at his JC. Very athletic Long Snapper that moves really well on his feet. His hands are quick and Brandon can get hot with his snapping. When he is on, Brandon is very on and easily able to snap a college level ball. Love when Brandon lowers his butt a tad more to get his back to parallel to the ground. This will eliminate a tiny hitch of his butt which will hurt his timing and play with his consistency. Super easy fix that will pay off big time at VEGAS XLV on January 18-19, 2025 and beyond. Great potential on Brandon.
