I really liked what I saw of Rouse at VEGAS XXVI in May. Kid is filled with potential. He has great size and looks the part of a D1 athlete right now and he still has a year left of high school. Like to see him get a little lighter on his feet and make sure he is fluid moving laterally. Snapping wise, he has very quick and strong hands with good power. Has the ability to snap in the .7s. Getting full use of his legs and making sure his release point is the same will help with accuracy. Keep a very close eye on him. Could be a 5 Star Rubio Long Snapper by VEGAS XXVIII.
