Brett Hughes had an outstanding weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Stars Camp in Chicago on June 20-21, 2026. He put together an incredible performance and showed why he is one of the top young Long Snappers in attendance. Brett has great starting form, outstanding balance, and absolutely no wasted movement in his snapping motion. When he gets hot, he can easily snap a college-level ball. His spiral can be super tight and his snapping motion is absolutely gorgeous. The harder he snaps the ball, the better he performs, so the key is simply trusting his form and letting the ball fly. The more size Brett puts on over the next couple of years, the more dominant he will become. He is an excellent Long Snapper with lots of upside and a very bright future ahead of him. Looking forward to seeing him this fall!
