Schultz flicks the ball back to the punter with power, and Schultz’s spiral stays tight and on point. The harder Schultz snaps, the better Schultz does—it’s like he thrives on that intensity. If Schultz follows all the way through with his eyes and head, Schultz will lock in more accuracy, consistency, and speed. With massive upside once it all clicks, Schultz is a force in the making. I’m stoked to see Schultz bring it to VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025, after that Nashville performance. He is a natural athlete who has no problem getting downfield after the snap. Built like a middle linebacker, he has the size and strength to be a real threat on the punt coverage team. When you look at Caleb you can tell he doesn't skip out on the gym and takes his nutrition and work outs very seriously. Caleb snaps a really quick ball with solid accuracy. His hands are extremely quick, which helps generate great speed on his snaps averaging in the mid to low .7’s consistently. He moves well on his feet and stays balanced in his movements. With his athleticism and work ethic, there is no doubt that Caleb could soon prove himself as one of the best long snappers in his class at the next Rubio Long Snapping camp in his area.
