Carter Stinehagen was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in the Midwest on April 16th, 2023. Very thick and strong Long Snapper with good power throughout his entire body. His starting form is great and the ball jumps out of the gate really well. He's able to use his lower half like a champ, so he gets good speed on the ball. The big thing is going to be making sure he's leading with his elbows to create more whip and speed on the ball and also locking down his spiral. If he can lock down a spiral that is going to be huge in moving up the rankings. Very good attitude and personality. I look forward to seeing them this summer
