Chance Smith had a strong showing at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in Charlotte, NC on November 9th, 2025. Built thick and powerful, he has the frame and strength that immediately stand out. His starting form is solid, and his hands are quick—allowing the ball to jump back to the punter with solid velocity. As he continues to develop, widening out a bit will allow his upper body to drive through more freely and give him even more whip. Slow motion drills will be key to getting his strong lower half fully involved, and once he’s consistently driving his eyes through in one smooth motion, he’ll gain more speed and accuracy. A couple simple fixes and Smith will move up quickly. I am looking forward to seeing Smith at VEGAS 47 in January!
